Bernina Sewing Center

I have purchased 3 sewing machines over the years from Bernina Sewing Centre and their service department is outstanding. I love the different types of classes they offer and always have fun and learn something new. The staff is always friendly and willing to help . The store is a fabric lovers dream. So glad to have such a great store like this in our area.

You can't go wrong with this store. The owners, Mel and Steve genuinely care about their customers as opposed to most places of business, they really make you feel like family. Their prices, support and education on everything they sell is unsurpassed.

Bernina Sewing Centre is an awesome store! Their slogan, "Where Creativity Begins", describes their shop and classes perfectly. The displays of fabric and finished projects are luscious to look at and inspiring. Their instructors teach you not only how to complete a specific class project, but how to apply the techniques you learn so you can create more masterpieces at home. They also educate you on caring for your investment, whether it's a Janome or Bernina. Visit BSC for a truly inspirational and educational experience. You will NOT be disappointed.

Kudos to Mel and Steve of Bernina Sewing Ctr of Lake Mary. I had a new sewing machine that needed a "fix", but because of the newness, were not sure when it would become available. So instead of Steve making me wait until the part became available he gave me a new machine. How could that be any better? To say I'm overjoyed would be an understatement.! Remember, when you purchase a sewing machine, you are "buying the dealer" as well and that counts for a lot.

I've been a Bernina machine owner for years. Steve and Mel, at Bernina Sewing Center, are simply the best! They take the time to make sure that everything is done right. Recently, I had an issue with my embroidery machine and it took a lot of research and time to find the problem. Steve went above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you! Now my machine is happy...and so am I!

Steve is the best technician for fixing Bernina sewing machines! My Bernina 830 had a lot of problems and now it is running like a top at full speed...it was a 2.5 hr drive to drop the 830 off from my Ft. Pierce home and then a similar drive to pick her up...but she is so good now...and I am a happy sewer again...the rest of the staff was very nice and the selection of material and notions is excellent. Thank Steve!!

Best sewing center in all of Florida, very service oriented.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The machine service technician is the owner of the shop and is willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The classroom is very large and the students have alot of space to spread out. The classes are very versatile, they offer garment, quilting, home dec,, embrodiery, and accessory class to just name a few. The staff at Bernina Sewing Centre is top notch with customer service they are always there for you at any time.

I've been a customer for years. Bought two Bernina's from them. Mel & Steve are a real team-always ready to give technical help-either by phone or bring it in{machine}.They also have classes in embroidery, quilting, software and heirloom sewing. The teachers are specialist in their field and patient and helpful-always encouraging. They help me be more creative with the hands-on-classes.I just purchased the new 830. Spent three days with Mel making a tote and learning so much about my newest machine. It's continuing education that's creative! They'll always be there for me.

Great place to learn about quilting, serging, embroidering and just sewing. Lots of techincal help as well as friendly teachiing and advice. The new friends are great! It creates a feeling of an extended family.

They have the best classes! So informative and they really know their machines. Not a huge fabric selection, but what they have is wonderful. The people that work there are extremely helpful with any project you might be working on or want to start. The displays are the best I have ever seen!
