The person below, reminder that this is first I've experienced this. Any mother would say that its a horrible experience and if I wasn't doing my job at work then I would be watching the camera to see my child's about and if I wasn't watching then family members were because we are reviewing this facility for the first time to see if it's the best of care and apparently its the worse. It's one of the teacher who is not handling her job right, especially just starting her shift when the kids wake up after their nap... the director also giving false information that my child is okay and the teachers telling me something else. Otherwise. I've talked to many mothers, doesn't sound acceptable and yes after I've contacted the director about my concerns, his first response was if I had the the evidence recorded and then he defended his facility when I said no. They do whatever they want because they know the camera system is not being recorded. If this facility was so great, they would have asked me which teacher was doing this and we can all kindly talk through this if it was a misunderstanding. Apparently not, because the director was so focus on explaining that his daycare is the most perfect school like he is in so much denial. Anyway, after I went to pick up the rest of my child's belonging, the director gave me an attitude, pushing me to write this review. So there you have it. I wouldn't keep my child in a daycare if they are being mistreated the first week because you'd think these teachers are trained to handle kids well.. well think again... not at kidcity usa lake Mary. Not even another week to see if my child does better because it could probably be worse. My mistake I made in the first place was taking my child here. I've meet the director sometimes last year and yes, he was great which pushed me to put my child in his facility because he sold me by being nice but after locking in my agreement for my child's care at their facility this year, I saw the director again for the first time and he did not greet or welcomed me. Poor service on top of poor care
In regards to the previous post which heavily criticized the school, I have to wholeheartedly disagree. My child is in that class and I have seen no such actions from the teachers other than the utmost care. This lady is obviously watching the cameras all day instead of doing her job, My other kids have gone through that school and the owner and director have bent over backwards to help me out so I can vouch for the quality of the program and the school. This is typical of first time preschool parents. You need to allow your child and YOU the parent a couple of weeks to get used to a school before you go casting judgement. If I wasn't comfortable with that school, my third child would not be enrolled.
This is the best school/daycare you could ever imagine. You will not worry for one second with your children here. They are a Faith based school that focuses on education in a very loving environment. If your child attends Pre-K here, be sure to know that your kindergartener will be reading at a 2nd grade level and truly enjoy learning. They instilled that in my child in a loving way and he excels in school. Now my 5 month old and my 5 year old go to this school (for after school care). I wouldn't have it any other way. They have online monitoring that is wonderful and a very clean and nice facility. I am head over heels in love with this school and the teachers are one in a million. You honestly can't get better care, hands down. If you want to go to work without a worry about your children, you can rest easily knowing that Lake Mary Christian Academy will treat YOUR children like their own. Great job LMCA! Keep up the good work! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts LMCA and your entire staff for taking care of our boys. We are eternally grateful for the excellent care you continue to provide year after year. Carissa and Loren Rogers
