My daughter and I went for the first time and were greeted at the door by a very friendly young lady. We were seated and service was awesome. I have found a great place to get my nails done.

Horrible... I have been getting my nails done for 15 years plus... I have never experienced any problems until now...after 2 weeks My acrylic thumb nail fell off and under my natural nail bed was black and green mold.. Covering the whole nail ... Please DO NOT use this place.
Very expensive and nails chipped within a few days. Not impressed probably won't be back. Lady was friendly but not good at her job.
This place is clean but their customer service is horrible. I came in to have have full services. The manager stated it would be a hour wait. Another customer came in who I happened to know and sat down beside me and we engaged in on a conversation. He came over and told her to have a seat at a chair for service. She look at me and said have you been helped already and I stated I was told it would be a 1 hour wait. I then asked the manager for the owner's contact information because someone came in after I did as a walk in and was offered services. He refused to give me the information. He told me to wait a hour and was very rude about it. I don't understand because I tip and is very generous with tipping. I am Afro American and my acquaint was Caucasian. So disappointed.
The vibe was just terrible the second I walked in I sat down as the people asked over and over what I was going to need done . It was very hot and I was not confortable at all

Only 3 employees and one of them just aimlessly walking around. The lady that did my pedicure after 45 minutes of waiting had no clue what to do. The place is very nice and the chairs are amazing, however, it was very hot inside and was uncomfortable. I hope that this is only a setback because they are a new business but more employees need to be hired.
I would never go back here. I normally wouldn't complain about a service because I worked in the service industry for years and I understand sometimes people are just having a bad day, and I hated when someone complained about me when I worked so hard. But this was the worst nail experience I've ever had! First of all there was a toddler running around the salon, obviously the daughter of one of the workers, but she kept running up to them and bumping their arm while they were doing someone's nails. Then, to make matters worse, there was sidewalk construction outside and a jackhammer ruined my serenity of an experience. Lastly, the man who did my nails took 10 minutes alone to just drill/file my natural nails. Then, as he was applying the pink tip powder, got it all over my cuticles and did not even try to get it all off properly. Once I asked him to he got cotton balls and polish remover and I ended up picking cotton off my nails before he could apply the acrylic top coat. He didn't file the edges and I had acrylic overlay hanging over my fingertips and sides of my fingers. Then when I asked him for a nail file so I could FIX IT MYSELF, he said it would be $2 extra. So I stood there filing my owns nails for a minute before he finally said I could take it with me. I'm not the kind of person so ask for a FREE SERVICE so I paid the $35 for it, although I really felt like it was the worst nail job I've ever had.
This place was not good! My nails look good, however I was told when I made the appointment that what I wanted for my nails was going to be $25, then I picked my colors and was told it was $45. I also told them how I wanted my daughters nails done and when I get there they say that they cannot do it and that they would do the top coat Shellac nails and I asked will it stay on her nails because I need it to stay on and not come off right after they are done. They said Oh Yes it will stay on. I spent $110 on both of us. The next day her nail polish is coming off. NO SHE WAS NOT MESSING WITH IT! I called to tell them what they told me was not what happened and I was not happy spending that much money there when her nail polish just came off after 1 day. Instead of them trying to make things better the lady hung up on me. RUDE! I am very upset and will never go back to this place again.
My friend and I visited this nail salon last Wednesday morning to get a manicure and pedicure, and I can safely say it was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. When we came in it wasn’t busy at all, but we weren’t greeted. Instead, a guy walked over and tossed two pads at us with instructions to fill them out and then to pick a color on the wall. We did so and were seated in two pedicure chairs. Starting out, my water was barely warm and my friend and I weren’t offered a beverage. No big deal, I thought, maybe it’s an off day. Nope. The lady doing my toes then whipped out a rotary sander (the one they use for acrylic nails), and started using it to remove my toenail polish!! I asked her what she was doing and she just laughed and put it away. What the heck? At this point, there was also a guy doing my nails. He seemed distracted by something going on in the next room and was NOT paying attention to what he was doing with my nails. He ended up cutting me badly three times with the nipper. I was bleeding pretty badly near my cuticles, but did he seem phased? Nope. Not even a little bit. I honestly don’t know where this guy got his license to do nails or if he even has one at all. He was the worst nail tech I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years. Every coat he put on my nail was painfully thin, like he was scraping ALL of the polish off of the brush and then trying to apply it to my nail. He put a total of 9 (yes, NINE!! 2 base coat, 5 color, 2 top coat) coats of shellac on each hand and had me under the dryer for 1 minute each time. After the 5th time, my nails began to burn under the dryer. I let him know and he gave me a look like I wasn’t cooperating. Even with all of these coats, I left with polish that you could still see through to my nail bed, I kid you not. When it was finally over, I breathed a sigh of relief, paid, and left with my friend. The end result looked as if a child painted my nails. Hangnails galore, dry skin around the nails, streaky and see-through shellac that felt gummy and rubbery when dry. It was the worst. I say “was” because the shellac had already peeled off 4 days later. If I had to rate this place on a 10-point scale I would give it a -10!! I will never be back and recommend that future patrons AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. That is unless you like to be cut, patronized, and made to feel like an inconvenience.
