My son’s car was acting up on late Friday just before 6 pm closing time. Chris stayed after closing time to take care of his car and make sure it was safe to drive. No other shop has ever done that. And that is why Chris (Liberty Auto) is the only mechanic that will ever work on our cars. He has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! He always go the extra mile to make sure our cars are repaired, safe to drive, and we are Very satisfied with his work.

3 months ago my job relocated me to Lake Jackson from Canada. Brought my 2015 Audi Q7 with me. Was giving me a bit trouble . (Front brakes&rotors & engine light)
Did my search online to find a foreign car specialist and found few for my Q7 to be checked.

But all were fails.

The check engine light never seemed to stay off after being serviced. I was very frustrated and close to trading it in when I saw an ad for Liberty Auto Land, I was reluctant but decided to try one more time.
I gave Liberty Auto a try and they did not let me down. I was given detailed information about the problem and it was explained as that I could understand.
As a woman I just wanted an excellent and honest car service and that's what I got at Liberty Auto.
The owner Chris and the staff are very nice and friendly. They all made feel as if my car concerns mattered. I am so relieved that I found them and I can take my car there when problems arise or for my scheduled maintenance needs. Thanks Chris&Jose

The repair estimates I had received from other garages left me with little hope of a low cost repair; however, Chris found the problem in a faulty $12 switch and replaced it at no charge because they had serviced the car so recently. Having a mechanic that one can trust gives a welcome sense of security in today's world. I will recommend Liberty Auto Land to all my friends.

I appreciate the fact that Chris was able to resolve a humming noise problem I was experiencing with my vehicle. It took a lot of time an effort to diagnose this unique annoyance that other shops described as being worn wheel bearings. It was a good thing that I chose to not do business with any of them. It would have been easy to replace the bearings, bill me for parts and labor and I still would not have the problem resolved. I have taken both of my vehicles to Chris in the past and will continue to do so. The pricing is fair and the service is excellent. I would recommend Liberty Auto Land to anyone requiring service on their Benz.

your company stands by their work ...especially when a customers like me has to run their business and can't cause of car troubles ...don't have any room for delayed repairs at all.

Moved to the area from Houston 8months ago. Was searching for honest and reliable mechanic. Read the reviews here and decided to choose Liberty Auto Chris as my mechanic. absolutely the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff I have encountered at an auto repair shop.
In my most recent instance, I brought a problem with the electrical system in my vehicle that other shops couldn't fix and Chris had the problem diagnosed before I even left the office.
The next day, I was told the problem was resolved and I am back on the road. As a real estate agent, I depend on my vehicle and I will continue to put my trust in liberty auto.

My Service Date was on : 02/13/2018

I own an HVAC service company in Ocean County. Dropped off 2 service vans on a Saturday morning in need of repairs. Received a phone call from liberty auto "Chris " by 10am with a full diagnosis along with his recommendation of emergency repairs and other items that were not an emergency and had some life left. Had both vans back on the road by 3pm on the same day. These are the go to guys in LAKE JACKSON if you need fast reliable service!!

Chris, has been working on my cars for a few years now. Big problems to smaller ones. Always friendly, communicative and honest. He has always come through and done a great job. Reliable and honest business. Highly recommended!!!

Honda Civic Brake Pads Replacement.

I needed new brake pads. I called to other local places and it sounded like it was going to be like $450. Liberty Auto was much more reasonable price. More convenience. Due to my injury I couldn't drive but my car needed to be fixed ,I have voiced my issue to Chris and he didn't hesitate to come to my house with his employee jose to take the car to his shop .He went out if his way to help me out.

After doing my due diligence, I felt very comfortable in going ahead and placing the appointment. After placing the appointment, He asked qualifying questions on what was going on. He gave thorough information that was very helpful for me, as well as future references.

I would definitely recommend LIBERTY AUTO . This place was recommended to me by my friends. I had a estimate in hand and I wanted someone who knows how to handle insurance companies. My friends said CHRIS the mechanic, gives 20% OFF on any written estimates. Eventou I trust my friends lool, I still wanted to go head and do my little research online and see what customers really say about this place
I was not disappointed. I was convinced. So I have decided to pay him a visit and showed him my written estimate. He was very informative. After he checked my car, he Explained exactly what it needs . Than he called the parts store ( he did the call in front of me and the call was on speakers) .i heard exactly how much my parts cost. Than he said, lets call other stores and see if they have them cheaper. After all.of that action lool, he gave me a price on his labor. I felt comfortable (on top of that he did give me my 20%) with his price and decided to fix my car @liberty . Now, my car running great and very happy that he saved me extra buck's to put away from my insurance money.

And now I recommend LIBERTY AUTO to several of my friends.

I really like Chris because he really took a personal interest in the car and explained to me everything he was going to do with the car... and what problems I might have with something that I hadn't even noticed like the headlights. Nobody's done that for me before and I've had this car for 12 years. Chris is the best mechanic I've ever seen.
Not money motivated like other mechanics. He has your best interest.

For a first time customer, I did not know what to expect. But after the first appointment for a car diagnosis, I am convinced that liberty auto (Chris) is one of the great mechanic I ever known and the best of our time. I had a great encounter with my first mechanic Chris. He knew what he was doing, explained the services well, and all at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed with the quality of service that I will use liberty auto from now.

I usually do not leave a review but I felt I should this time. I read the reviews on liberty auto here and on google about the mechanic chris on how honest he was with fixing cars ,so i had decided to go to him. Thankfully I did. and definetly he was ....!
The mechanic Chris came out. He pretty much ran me through what needed to be done… He looked through the electrical systems…I had voiced my concerns to him that I needed my car fixed soon 'cause I have no other transportation to use for work. He told me, even if he has to stay late to fix it , he will make sure i will have my car tonight , and not to worry..
Surely, Had my car fixed on time for my next working day. He was very nice and very talkative. I will definitely use this service again.

He doesn't over price the job that needs to be done.
He made the call in front of me to the parts stores for my car. He will go out of his way to help you out. Very genuine and really honest man. He makes you feel welcomed.

He was very friendly. I didn't feel like I was a customer . Treated me like I was part of his family. Went out of his way to help me out. He is specialised in foreign cars also. I had a Mercedes C320 and been running great since I had fixed it there. I can call him at 8pm and he will pick that phone for any questions I may have.
I got stuck with my working truck on 288B North at 6:30 a.m on March 19th called him for help and without a question he was there to help me that morning, did what he can to run it but when there was no luck, he gave me his car to goto work and called a towing truck to tow my truck and ride with the towing truck back to his shop. Now a days Nobody can do this for you. Thanks man. I appreciated it.
