Scheduled a time for my initial service on my 2015 CRV. Brought it in and had them call me when it was done. Took less than an hour and the service was free due to their first year service program for vehicles purchased at the dealership. Over 10,000 miles and have not had to spend money on anything except for gas.
I bought a car from the over a month ago. When I bought the car they were great. They were knowledgable and not pushy. However, they promised to put a remote start on the car and have yet to do so. I have taken 3 days out of my busy life for them to do this and they always have an excuse as to why it didn't happen and to come back in a week. I paid $300 for them to do this. I also can't seem to get them to call me back!
I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, The reason it took so long was the parts were coming from another manufacture’s parts department. They ordered the wrong part and gave us bad information which caused the delays.The parts were more then the $300 you paid and we covered that. We also included a loaner car with gas each time your car was in the shop to help with the inconvenience. We also shuttled your car to another dealership to have the remote start installed.The remote start has been installed at this time.This was out of our control and we did our best to make it right.
