Watch out for this guy! I went in for a FREE ESTIMATE and he ended up CHARGING me over $200 of work that I NEVER AGREED TO. NEVER CALLED ME!!! ���� He just went ahead and took it apart to diagnose the problem WITHOUT MY CONSENT! You mean ROYAL RIP OFF! Stay away from this place! ���� ��������������������������������

I took my 99 Dodge Ram 4x4 to get a brake job (in the past), and work was excellent and cheap. Most other places, would not even provide estimate, JD gave me a firm estimate....and delivered!

I appreciated how fast and complete the service was. Everything is definitely Five Stars!

JD was straight-forward with me on how much the work and parts would cost. The mechanic was a pretty nice guy.

JD's Auto repair has been so understanding with money and I can trust them with my car. He doesn't rip you off on your car.

Customer Service is a nightmare My truck was to be ready at 2pm called not yet 4pm called not yet 5pm called they said tomorrow. called the next day no not yet said another day so what was to be 1 day turned to 3 days

Customer Service was just the very worst I will never never go back Dishonest and Ripp off owner and the 1 guy that works there are but rude to me and customers on the phone too

Just the worst service needed brakes no big deal right.... wrong over charged and took 2 days not the 1 like they said they acted like I was lucky they got to it the next day what a Joke this dump is !!!! STAY FAR AWAY

Sent my friend in his car sat for 3 days Jim treated him like crap I used this place 10 years back It is not the same place NOW TERRIBLE I even called to talk to Jim he said was not his fault and hung up on me My friend ended up somewere else you should too STAY AWAY

Took too long**** charged too much **** Dishonest and was rude to my wife RIPP OFF with so many repair shops out there go somewere else wish I looked this place up first instead of after ...........

Being a woman with little money they got me good paid for things that were not done and they were so short with me my car broke down 2 day after I pick it up other place that it got towed too said fluids were never topped off and ties showed no sign that they were rotated I paid JD to do this When I call to talk to them Jim Hung up on me ??

Company was tring this place it did not last long Screwed up 2 Limos Owner Jim Rude and could care less about our account BAD

MY Truck sat for days never fixed charged me had too take somewere else lost 2 weeks of work due to them !!!!!!
