Lakeside Orthopedic Institute

Had an appointment with Dr Heiner, he was 2 hours late and barely acknowledged my wife and I when he entered the room, let alone offer any apology. I guess he is an ok surgeon but can't stand someone that is either too busy or just plain arrogant. Went to Mayo for my surgery.
My wife also saw Dr Noori for injections in her back, which she has had for 20 years and his were the most painful ever, he told her to "be quiet" when she expressed the pain.
Don't know where they get these doctors, but totally different atmosphere at the Mayo clinic, they actually care about the patient.

Staff is very polite! Waiting room was emasculate! But the first time ever here my son needed a cast and they had us come bck and wait in a room that looked like the janitors closet! Disgusting! Very unsanitary! The first roll of medical tape the nurse pulled out was rotten!!! Rotten! How can anything be rotten in a Doctors office!!?? Not happy that we have to go back to get his cast removed, but I will be notifying my insurance company!
