I have been going to JB Tax Services for close to 10 years. They have made errors on my taxes on more than one occasion; however, they had been able to correct the errors after I had contacted them when I received letters from the IRS. For the most recent error, I tried to call in to get assistance with understanding the multiples letters I was receiving from the IRS. I had originally brought these documents in for review and was given documents to send in and was told this would solve the problem. I received yet another letter form the IRS stating the documents referenced the wrong tax year, thus I still owed funds. When I called in and spoke to Marian, I was having a hard time explaining myself because she kept interrupting me. She began to argue with me and said I wasn't explaining myself correctly and that it was my fault for forgetting to turn in documents. I could hardly get a word in to explain and asked her to stop being argumentative with me, as I was the customer and just trying to explain what the letter was stating. I finally told her I was extremely disappointed and would not do my taxes there again. She said that was fine and hung up on me. I am beyond disappointed, especially since I've given them my business for such a long time. Hard to believe any business would treat a long standing customer in this manner.
