As the owner of Cherished Memories, we take all comments very seriously. As this customer stated, they were the only ones in a school not to get their photos. As soon as we found out, we launched an immediate investigation in addition to printing and shipping their photos with no questions asked. Sometimes we don't always know if everyone has received their photos. We don't know if the school has indeed followed through in forwarding the order to us. There are many reasons why an order can be held up, but more importantly, we want our customers happy and taken care of. We strive to do everything we can to make that happen. For every complaint like the previous post, which in 12 years probably could be counted on our hands, we have hundreds of wonderful comments, satisfied customers. I ask any customer to call and ask for Mike if you ever experience something not up to your standards... Please help me become the best company we can be.
