        Awful hours for mailing packages

        Not open on Saturdays. And on weekdays they open after everyone's at work, then they close before anyone gets off work.

        Poor Service

        I have always taken my mail to the post office to be processed as I have always feel it was safer that way. For the last two months, I have had several checks that I have written and mailed to various companies for payment that have not been delivered. One month a whole block of checks did not get delivered. I had to put a stop payment on all the checks which amounted to over $100. In addition, all the late fees which were incured by the utility companies. In any other organization poor performance would denote termination or at the very least an investigation. Does the goverment think it's above moral and ethical conduct?

        Frustration with mail delivery.

        Continuous problems with mail delivery. We do not receive all of our mail. I have spoken directly to the post office personnel and hope this issue gets resolved.
