Frustrating dealing with the service department at mark dodge lake charles. my truck has been in the shop five times at least not counting times brought in and turned away no rentals, cant get to it, nothing wrong etc, sometimes arrivng for appointments and turned away after driving hour one way there not even a a phone call to tell you not to come. Five times and im still having the same issues originally reported. Each time told nothing wrong, the issues now or out of warranty but they know NOW WHATS WRONG !!!!!!!!!! amazing THAT THEY COULDNT FIND THE PROBLEMS TIL WARRANTY RAN OUT!!!!!! CROOKED DEALERSHIP DO RESEARCH!!!!!!
So rude answering phones tried to make appointment no one could do it . They said they would call back a week later I'm trying to make an appointment still. This is not my first problem with these people. I tried a few years ago and it seems minor wants to work. Just go to Texan Dodge don't waste your time here!
I bought a brand new 2016 Optima SXt on 1/11/17. I took off the Kia of Lake Charles plate the the dealer put on the front bumper. Under the plate the paint had many small bubbles in it. I returned to the dealer and was told by the service manager Devin that they would take care of it. He set me up an appointment to return the car on Thursday morning 1/19/17. When I got there I was told to talk to my sales rep Fritz and the Manager Gilbert that they were handling it. When I spoke with Gilbert he informed me they weren't going to do anything about it. I asked what do you mean I was told that y'all would take care of it by my sales rep. Fitz and the service manager Devin. He said we're not going to do anything about it. I said what are you saying I have to get a lawyer to get y'all to do what y'all said you were going to do. Gilbert than told me he can no longer talk to me I mentioned lawyer. They are definitely the worst new car dealership I have ever dealt with!!!! Absolutely terrible!
Fast and super friendly service! One word Great!! The people that work there will help you to the best of their capabilities and I make you feel right at home. They do excellent Automotive work.
Don't know how they stay in business! They make you feel like they don't want your business And are not at all nice doing it.
Incompetence at best. Two phone calls on my behalf were made last week to the service dept. where a female employee told both people that diagnostic/repair work to my Explorer could not be done there, that they do not have the capability. Long story short, both people were lied to in regards to my vehicle. It appears this employee/this dealership works with third party auto shops in the area for commissions/kickbacks, at the expense of the customer, as we were told to bring my vehicle elsewhere, all for it to end up right back here to be repaired, unbeknownst to me at the time. I am HIGHLY disappointed in Ford's customer service, by this female employee whose name I will not mention here, and by management here, after attempting to resolve this issue after the fact.
Omg. I am so pissed. My car was dropped on Monday for recalls and to repair air sensor. Was suppose to be ready tursday. Wasn't ready til Thursday. On my way to work this morning and it kept stall at lights. Got to work and can't turn it out. Won't go in park. Won't change gears. I have to sit here in my car with my foot on the brakes til my husband get here
Miles from home and I feared a wheel bearing was going. Too bad, they said. Come back tomorrow, they said, we'll try to work you in maybe. So I went 10 miles further to Tarver Ford in Sulphur. Oh no, they said. Can't mess around with a wheel bearing this far from home. Two hours later my bad bearing was replaced.
The service dept. and the quick lane service has problems. Very dissatisfied customer with both dept.
Do not bring your vehicle to mark dodge. They charged me for a battery that they killed. And charged me double the price of other mechanic shops. They had my car for a week and a half for what was supposed to be a 2 hr job. I'm going to an attorney now.
