Spent over $13,000 and they had my truck from April 10th 2016 and I got it back the first time November 11th. Paid them all the money for parts to get started on August 3rd. Between then I was waiting on a quote after they tore the engine down May 24th and found cracked heads. When I got the Excursion back, there was still tape residue from where they taped to protect the paint(still some tape on there to this day). As I was installing my lift the same day I got it back, diesel was spewing out the engine and the glow plug harness wasn't installed properly. They towed it back on November 7th and fixed the issue and I got it back November 22nd. As I was driving home, there was oil leaking all over the road, they hadn't installed my sway bar bushings(they finished the install on lift) and there was a scratch on one of my doors as well as tape residue still on the body. Also they were suppose to install tunes on tuner and that didn't happen. My fuel indicator in the tank was showing 1/4 tank, but it actually ran out of diesel. I was able to get it cranked back up and left it in a gas station parking lot to be towed back for the 2nd time to their shop. Got it back the 3rd time on December 21st. As we were driving the truck to my in-laws on December 24th, it started overheating with a coolant temp of 190* & oil temp of 232.6*. They came and towed it from my mother in laws for the 3rd time and I sent them a list of things that were still wrong with the truck to be fixed as well. I finally got the truck back on January 28th for the 4th time and test drove it with the owner and their "head"(I use that word lightly) mechanic. When I got it back, there was a scratch on the bumper and the driver side carpet was full of mud/dirt. Test drive went fine, but as I was pulling into my driveway from my house smoke was pouring under the hood and oil was all down my road. I contacted them and asked for my money back and they said they'd come tow it back for the 4th time but I declined. I then posted a post on my personal Facebook page looking for a used SUV for my wife and then it started from the owner and their mechanics. I'd gladly show proof to anyone who contacts me. On February 9th, my buddy and I looked under the hood and found the oil feed tube to the turbo wasn't bolted on, but cocked 180* and had a shorter bolt in it than it should've. We also found a leaking/cut coolant hose, MAF sensor was disconnected, the MAP sensor hose was disconnected. We also found a bolt missing on the valve cover, insulation sitting on top of turbo, wire for turbo touching it which could've melted on there and that was just from 15 min of looking. I'll be looking into it closer soon. Bottom line is, I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle, and they aren't BBB accredited. I've got proof of everything and willing to show anyone that wants to see it. I hope this review will help someone else from getting screwed as I did.

Drove my truck to there shop to have it studded, head gaskets changed and some performance parts added. after 2 months of waiting for my truck and $20,000 when I picked it up the indash tach didn't work (everything worked when I dropped it off) I drove it about 60 miles and had to have it towed back to find out the motor was shot. They didn't want to fix it on there dime so I had the truck picked up on a trailer and brought back to my house.
Took my truck here ..needless to say 4 mths and 20k later it ain't right. Didn't get the parts we wanted . Having to have injectors redone . Valves relashed and Lord only knows what else is going to go wrong . Didn't even get the clutch installed right the first time . Made it 50 miles and it broke down. This was a new truck with absolutely nothing wrong with it when I took it in to get upgrades done. Big mistake. He is more worried about working on his own vehicles than doing customers. Just about everytime i went to check on it Noone was working on it . This was a 1 month job at most. Not to mention when I got it back there was axle grease all over the interior and I have cloth seats. Can't get the smell out . Do NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE
do not take your vehicle to this shop. thought I would save some money and fixing it here instead of dragging it back to Houston big mistake. these people don't have a clue to what they are doing they never call you back took 3 weeks to get a quote so when I decide to finally go pick it up amd take it somewhere else and they have greasy parts in the front seat of my king ranch STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
