Superior Window & Door

I ordered a patio door from this company with a doggy door so that my toy size Yorkshire terrier could access the back yard. I told them I have a Yorkshire terrier and I need a pet door that this size dog can access. The door they installed is a door with a large doggy door which is inaccessible for my Yorkshire terrier, the door opening is too high and my Yorky can't climb through it. The company said they would replace the door. The company said they would be removing the door and didn't finish the installation, (an eyesore now) and installing a new one. I recently received a letter stating that the door they installed is the only pet door size sold by the company and even though I'm not satisfied I need to pay for the door. If this is the case then they should have known the pet door they sale would be too tall for my Yorky to access. I feel my needs have not been met. I requested them to remove this door that has no use for me and return my deposit. They hung up the phone on me.
