Love this place, I couldn't be more honored to be a part of the team here. Come by anytime and get stuck.

Eddie is my artist, he redid a large rib piece, that another"artist" on town refused to finish after I had paid for it and had done a crappy job on. The cover up and completion of the tattoo is amazing! Liked out do much went back the next week to have a back piece done. I would finally recommend Eddie and this shop, all friendly and helpful. Thanks

My opinion of Skin Deep is somewhat iffy. I love the people there, even though Connor, the only piercer there, quit and began working with someone else. The art on the walls is beautiful, and I have seen plenty of amazing work done by all of the artists working there. Even though I seem to be talking so highly of these people and their establishment, I am annoyed with the work I have gotten done. Eddie is a great guy and has done some awesome work, but the tattoo I paid him to do was not done properly. It isn't that bad, but it could have been better. The lines are not as solid as they should be, and the tattoo itself is not completely straight, but that could have been as much my fault as his. Connor, who I absolutely adore pierced both my tongue and did my industrial in my left ear. The tongue went smoothly. He made sure everything was sterilized and the needles came directly from their individual packaging. My industrial was a different story. Unlike most professional piercers, Connor does not mark where he is going to pierce and show you to see whether or not you are okay with it. He pierced the top hole of my industrial very far up, causing the barbell to be very close to the cartilage at the top of my ear, which is not how an industrial should be. I had to fix this myself. Why I didn't do the entire piercing on my own is a mystery to me.

My experience with this shop was excellent. It was my first tattoo and I was extremely impressed by the work of the artist. He had over 26 years of experience and had provided excellence in his craft making no errors. Both the artist and the shop as a whole were professional, clean, priced resonably, and personably.

This shop is awesome! From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Connor at the front desk you are made to feel as if your tattoo is the only one that matters.
If you're a walk in and have to wait there is a pool table to occupy your time and a huge flat screen to watch tv with very comfortable couches to sit on until your artist is ready for you.
Aaron was my artist and he did an AMAZING job of fixing an old tattoo that I had done at Ricky's years ago. He also tattooed my deceased husband's name on my ring finger. I love his work so much that I allowed him to tattoo a memorial piece on my 16 year old daughter's back.
I can't wait to go back and have him design a tattoo using his new black light ink. Unlike alot of places, Aaron has 121 different colors for you to choose from, so the sky's the limit as far as color is concerned.
He's got an outstanding imagination and is capable of doing ALL sorts of tattoos. No matter what kind of tattoos you're into; old school, new school, pin ups, tribal, religious, color, black and white, lettering; he can do it all, custom work and flash alike. His work is limitless. He's got a very light hand, so the pain is minimal. He's also got an exquisite bedside manner; he makes every client feel at ease and comfortable. He's very professional, and the nicest artist you could ever ask for.
He also does amazing body piercings. If you can pinch it, he can pierce it. He's got 12 years of experience in tattooing and body piercing and it shows.
There's also a new addition to Skin Deep, his name is Ryan. He's young, but super talented and professional as well. He, like Aaron, treats each and every client with the utmost respect and care.
I would recommend these two artists at Skin Deep to any and everyone...Give them a try, I promise you won't be disappointed!

The people are friendly, however the tattoo artist could use a little work being that the lines on my tattoo are crooked and I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix it.
Dear Chrissy, I am the fiance of the manager of Skin Deep; who was not the manager when your tattoo was done. I came across this post today and I must say, I am SO disgusted that this happened to you; as is my fiance, Aaron. May I ask if you remember the name of the "artist" that did your tattoo, or what he looked like? As I said, the office is under new management now, and Aaron is HIGHLY committed to customer satisfaction and only putting out quality work. He has hired new, more experienced and much more professional artists who are committed to producing true art and only the highest caliber work. They would NEVER allow such mistakes to be made. If your tattoo still has not been fixed, please allow them to make things right. They gladly do touch ups (especially when the original work was done by an artist who's no longer working for Skin Deep due to his lack of experience or care for his art, or the customer). It's unfortunate that such things happen in the first place and it is for that reason that the first touch up is always free. If more is needed there is a small $20 equipment fee to cover shop costs. The artist doing the touch up will profit nothing, except the satisfaction of knowing that he made right what someone else wronged. Customer satisfaction is very important at Skin Deep now, because after all, this is art that is on your body for the rest of your life. If you'd like to come in for a consultation and touch up please feel free to call or come by whenever is convenient for you. They are opened from 2pm until midnight 7 days a week. Ask for Aaron. He's off on Wednesdays and Thursdays but is there every other day of the week, including Sundays. If for some reason he is not there please speak to Connor at the front desk and he'll get you started on the right track to getting this fixed. Also, if you don't mind, you can email me a pic of your tattoo so we know ahead of time exactly what we are dealing with. My email address is SkylersMama101295@gmail.com. You can also send it directly to Aaron on Facebook. You can find him under "Aaron Loki Marceaux". I look forward to hearing from you and getting this taken care of. Again, I sincerely apologize on behalf of Skin Deep for what happened with your tattoo. Have a wonderful day. :) Sincerely, Lisa
