There was a small period of time where they had a few unresponsive folks managing the building. They have taken care of the ant issue and regularly spray for roaches. The current building manager goes above and beyond. I reported a burnt lightbulb and he ended up finding two other bulbs burnt out. Very friendly manager, responds immediately to phone calls, follows up very well. I run into him often. He has been proactively trying to stop people from having their dogs do their business on shared grass areas. I've been here for three years and my rent has never gone up. There used to be more problems with loud neighbors, but it seems to have dissipated greatly since the new manager came in. I have had my car dented, but it was because I parked in the city parking lot where most people from the bars park. I do wish there was a more private of a parking lot.

This place is a nightmare. While the building is under new management (the third person in two years), the owner is still the same money-hungry, immoral person. Since living here, I have dealt with building managers that absolutely never answered phone calls, a full-blown German cockroach infestation, neighbors partying and smoking weed, someone defecating on the entrance to the building, rain coming in through the windows that are not properly sealed, light bulbs constantly burning out due to bad wiring, broken tiles and flimsy cabinetry, bums hanging out in the parking lot and digging through the dumpster, drunks leaving the nearby bars putting dents in our vehicles, and countless other issues. This place has no private parking and the only amenity is a gym membership. Management has a record of not returning calls, never being on site, not cleaning or maintaining the building, and refusing to give contact information for the building's owner. This place desperately tries to hide who the owners are - and for a reason. I have contacted the owner with all of these problems, and he chose to "disregard" my letter. After many unreturned calls about the roach infestation, I was forced to purchase expensive poisonous bait myself and handle the pest eradication. This cost was not refunded. My neighbors have complained of an ant infestation. There is no regular pest control here. Drugs are rampant. This is not a family-friendly building. Management openly admits they will not handle drug-related complaints. They have screwed us financially, using every loophole in the lease to charge us outrageous fee after fee. Rent has gone up with each lease renewal. I am soon moving out and warning others of this dump. I would not recommend this place to anyone, at all, whatsoever. The owner of this building does not care about you. He only cares about taking your money.
