Poor service. Could not even get sweet tea & lemon water correct. The food was warm at best, & it was not even busy. Service & food here has steadily declined. Will not go back.

I have never eaten at Chili's before, so today we decided to try them and made a take out order. When I opened it up, I was so disappointed. The Texas cheese fries was cold and the cheese was so hard that you could not get the fries out of the cheese, (it was like a brick) , the bowl of chili tasted burnt and the beef enchiladas were soggy and the cheese burnt on the top.
This was my first and my last time going there to eat.

Some of the food was cold and they messed up my drink order.....one waitress had a very nasty attitude.

The service here is TERRIBLE! I won't go to this Chili's. Order was wrong twice and it took 45 minutes to get some food that was cold!

My wife and I decided to visit this restaurant, as we had not been there for quite some time ( 8 months,maybe ?So, we show up about 5:30pm,and were told by the hostess that there would be about a 15-20 minute wait, as evening wait staff were just coming on duty.All so far,so good. We waited about 20 minutes, and were seated. our server,Austin came up and introduced himself, took our drink order, and promptly brought them out, During all this, we overheard what appeared to be quite a disagreement between a staff member and the manager over what the staff member was going to do, and what he was not going to do, To me,this is a big no-no.Also the place did not appear to be that clean,as the floors were dirty,the mens'restroom was untidy,and the place overall just appeared poorly cleaned and kept up.When our food came,part of my order was cold. I asked for the manager,explained the food problem,and he corrected it right away. Overall, our experience with Lake Charles Chili's was on a scale of A-F, a D- The best part of the whole thing was our server, Austin, who did a really great job.
