Ange K-Jon

Awesome Family Business. Came out as soon as possibly and very knowledgeable people.

My experience is not a pleasant one with K-Jon Plumbing. I now live in Missouri, but my sister lives in Lake Charles, LA.
My husband called K-Jon, because he worked with Mr. Sammy, in the past, and believed he would do a good job since we could not be there to help my sister.
The old sewer tank, at her house, was busted, unknown to us, and she had a sink hole under the house. So we called K-Jon in November of 2009 and explained the problem to Mr. Sammy. He agreed to go check out the problem, we sent him a deposit for the job.
He returned our call told us the problem, said they would have to drain the old tank and them back fill it. We said ok, but send us the bill. They drained the tank, went back in January 2010 to back fill the tank. Told my sister they would have to wait for special sand to pack, before it could be completely filled and the cover put back on.
My husband and I went to Louisiana for a visit on the 1st of April, and the hole is still uncovered and not completed filled. Upon my return to Missouri, I phoned Mr. Sammy to inquire as to why it is still in this condition. His response to me was" get a shovel and wheel barrow and fill the rest of the hole and then put the lid back on.
This bill has been paid in full and I really expected the job to be completed by K-Jon, including covering the hole up with the concrete lid that they removed.
Disappointed from Louisiana, but living in Missouri.
