Everyone from the office staff to the field works were extremely unprofessional.



The receptionist that answered the telephone was clueless as to how to make an appointment for the installation of the glass for my door and window.



The two field workers were rude and crude. They were not "family friendly". They didn't bother to wipe their boots before they came in and tracked dried mud through my home. They didn't wash their hands before changing the glass in my white doors leaving black prints all over the doors. Broken glass and other debris were thrown on and ground and left. Instead of moving a plant that was in front of the window they worked over it and broke it. Also they reeked of cigarettes.



I requested that they call me to schedule a time for them to come out and do the work. Three times on three different days they called me at work saying they were on their way. Everytime I told them we would have to schedule something in advance and they acted as though it was their first time hearing it.



I did not contract Allied Glass by choice. The glass was broken while mowing by my lawn service and that is the company contracted by the lawn service.



I would not recommend nor would I allow this company back into my home.

Ordered and paid in full for a windshield on Thursday. The lady told me, she would give me a call the following day when the windshield came in. Still no call, so I called on Tuesday. She did not apologize about not calling nor even knew about my order. It was supposed to be replaced at my home. However she wanted me to bring it in the shop, which was not we agreed upon to be replaced on Friday. They are clearly not good with customer service.
