the crappiest place ever! i have been living there for over 6 moths and not one thing has gotten fixed in there, broken blind, restroom extractor not working, i haven't had a burner on stove working. every month they charge us lawn care 55.00 ( i guess in hopes that they get away with it. and we provide service to lawn our selves. so a few weeks ago they cut our cable wanting to move the satellite dish to another location. 2 weeks went by without cable because of their lack of planning. The dish had to be reinstalled in the same exact place because lack of preparation and planning in their part. the saddest part is that my husband and i couldnt go home to visit our kids (we work out of town) because the ONLY time the cable company had to come out and REINSTALL the cable was the sat. of memorial weekend which we had to stay home so that they could put back.. not only that we had to pay 55.00 to reinstall the crap that they did..the muddle puddles are cleaner than the water..but when we first moved in they reassured us everything would get taken care of... NEGATIVE GHOST RIDER... EVERYTHING Is the same if not worst

What you are promised and what you pay for are not what you get. This week starts Month 7 of my rush turn key new home cash up front home. I needed and was promised to be in by March this is? Caveat Emptor
This trailer park is not worth your time. They are rude and greedy. When we first moved our trailer there they said we'd get $1,000 but instead they found some stupid reason not to give it to us. I think we got to use the pool once since we lived there. We're trying to move our trailer to a different mobile home community but having issues because they don't like the people we chose and they won't let them in the park. I do not recommend this place for anyone to live.
Moving into this park was the worst desison we have ever made. It took weeks for them to fix a broken frigerator and there was problems with the house that they have never fixed
I just moved from chenault mobile home park which is closing. Country Aire moved my trailer for free and set it up and everything. The park is very clean and the lots are twice as big as they were at chenault. I also like that it is gated and has street lights everywhere. The managers are nice too.
I moved my trailer home into country aire about a year ago. I love the huge yard and big trees. My electric bill in the summer is $50 less a month because of the trees. Where I used to live there were no trees and my house baked like an oven. It never stayed cool enough even with the air conditioner on full blast. It's nice and cool all the time here. Nice managers too!
I had country aire mobile park move my mobile home for free three months ago. Five years ago I wouldn't have thought about living there, because there were some bad people living there. The new management kicked all of the bad people out and did a lot of work on the park to make it safe. they added a front gate and fixed the whole place up. i've made a lot of new friends here and really like it. My mom is moving in next month.
i went threw there the other day and noticed that it is in the process of being cleaned out and the mobile homes are also, being brought up to par. it is a real change that you are doing to improve the look of this mobile home park. good job!!!!!
