        Overall

        2 stars because of lack of communication about lawnmower in for repair. They should be calling the customer when they find out what is wrong and give them a price quote. I had to call them when my mower was in for longer than expected. Also, and this is a big also, since you have delivery service, make sure that once the equipment is fixed, you get it back to the customer that day, not 5 days later because the truck only makes deliveries one time once it’s loaded. That’s poor customer service. I’ll let everyone know if the lawnmower is fixed in 5 days!
