I highly recommend! I came in on a budget for 2 tires. The customer service was excellent! Jose found the best deal for me AND gave me an incredible price , no upsale or pressure. I also needed an oil change which was far less than the dealer. He also worked with me on the complete balance and inspection. I walked out under $220 for everything which I know ( I priced it) would have been well up to $300. It's always a stress to go to a auto repair that you dont know as a single woman. I had been completely comfortable right away with Jose. He spent quite a bit of time explaining everything. He fit everything below my budget , I know he absorbed some of the cost. He would rather have my trust and a return customer than get a bunch of money on things that didnt need to be fixed ......which is what the last 2 repair shop did!! He told me about what maintenance I would need in the future, not a " need it right now!" And showed me everything he was talking about. The mechanic was excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently. I have to comment , the mechanic had just lost his brother in a random act of violence, the wrong place at the wrong time just 2 days before. There he was at work , I had no idea until Jose told me after. God bless him. The most trustworthy auto repair I have been to and I researched for days. I actually went into another tire shop, Goodyear near my house, and the guy could've not been the least interested in what I needed, just the most expensive and he was rude, i walked out and remembered when I talked to Jose the day before , he said come right over. I was out within a a little over and hour. I'm bringing my SUV back here as they are more than a tire store. Yes, lengthy review, but we'll deserved. Thanks Jose and everyone there!!
