Glen Oaks Escrow

Glen Oak Escrow was selected by Century 21 Award real estate agent Ms. Christy Holmes to support purchase of house in Mission Viejo. Ms. Holmes was a dual agent and she was supporting sellers who and not buyer. Seller was late with terrmite report and seller disclosures, certificate of completion was issued as soon as house was tented, despite that work listed in the certificate of completion by England Exterminating was not done. I was notifying Glen Oaks Escrow about Mr. Holmes not representing my interests, yet Christopher Dale did not have any problems sending me paperwork while fumigation was not completed. I do not recommend Glen Oaks as an escrow company.
