i've used them multiple times over the years, but this last time in NY they went above and beyond the call of duty and that to me, is great customer service. due to traffic pattern changes at laguardia airport, it was a very difficult time for me to get to the rental facility. i called and told them about my experience and they made sure that when i dropped off the car, i had a better experience in getting to the airport. thanks national

Trip tp pick up the car and then after returning the car are cumbersome due to construction, I fully understand, LGA does not have the surrounding space available for ease of construction as many cities do so it will always become a tight maneuver whenever there are upgrades...I am an exec status customer, no complaints or issues...hopefully the next rental will be a bit smoother....
This is pertaining to National Car Rental at La Guardia. The car was fine. The signs showing the way to the rental center to drop off the car were not clearly posted and with the construction at La Guardia, the detours, in some cases were non-existent. Also, National could have and should have let their customers know ahead of time, that National Shuttles were no longer running at La Guardia, and could have explained the new procedure ahead of time, through an email. You have my contact information. Use it for something useful!
Service was good, but for the second time, they failed to activate the easy pass that I had paid extra to use. Nothing worse than blocking traffic on the RFK bridge while you wait for a cop to come and open the gate.
Everytime I go to New York LaGuardia Airport I always get my car from National. It is right by the terminal and easy access once I have dropped the car off. The staff is really nice and the shuttle bus is quick.
when I got to the airport walked out shuttle was there took me right to get my car. I had to add a few things stopped in the office to add them. Walked out got in the car and off I went. Everyone was polite and courteous! I will be renting again!!
I received great customer service from the manager upon returning my the vehicle. She was genuinely sincere and service provided with a smile. I requested a drop off and the representative who drove me to my location was friendly, engaging and professional. She made me feel safe while she drove. The entire staff was just wonderful. I had reserved a car online several weeks in advance in order to make sure they had the size car I needed for a family of 5 with luggage. This was my first to visit to NYC and being from Texas, I was a little concerned. However, from the moment the shuttle arrived at LaGaurdia to take us to the rental office (off site by the way) until we turned in the car at the end of our trip, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for the trip. They did offer us extra services but were not pushy about it. We did end up having to return our car two days early and even though the weekly rate applied, the staff still knocked a little off of the original price, unsolicited. Finally, we got in late (after 10:30 p.m.) and the staff even called a car service at a flat rate to get us into Manhattan. Kuddos to the staff here and I highly recommend using Enterprise if you are flying into LGA and need a car. Bravo Enterprise. Bravo.
