I went 6/23/2018 and the service was HORRIBLE and I was charged the same amount for a full pedicure when I ONLY wanted my feet scrubbed( no polish change or anything else just that) $20. Then the daughter told me for a fill in gel polish it would be $35 the dad said $40 for a whole new set with gel polish so needless to say I got a whole full set. Then the mother did my eyebrows soo thin ...UGH!! SPEAKING NATIVE TONGUE THE WHOLE TIME JUST RUDE AS HELL. NEVER GO BACK.#BADSERVICEANDOVERPRICED
The previous owners were wonderful and ran a great salon. However, they recently sold the salon and the last time I was in there (7/1/17) it was horrible. The pedicure was not too bad but the manager who did my nails did an awful job. Also, while I was there a lady came in to have her eyebrows and upper lip waxed. She complained to the manager, who did the waxing, that she just about took her lip off (to which the manager laughed). I will never go in there again and certainly would not recommend this salon.
I love this place! Everyone is So friendly! Great fun atmosphere. I'm always very satisfied with my hair cut and color.
Absolutely the best Nail Salon I've ever used. The staff is always extremely nice and want to make your visit very relaxing and enjoying. I used to be worry about getting a staff member that wasn't an expert on the procedure beings performed. At this salon the staff take pride in doing a great job. Thank you for always making this "me time" worth the time and experience!!!
Went in for a pedicure, only had to wait a couple minutes. I was given a bottled water right away. The service was great, the massage was wonderful, wasn't rushed like some salons do. Will be going back!
Greatest place in town to get your hands and feet pampered ! Staff is always so friendly ! They really know how to do this !
I Love this place! They do an amazing job, there may be times that you may have to wait, but I promise it's worth the wait! I am very rough on my nails and have been known to come back 3 or 4 times to have a nail fixed in between my fill in and never have I experienced frustration, they have always been very patient! I highly recommend them. They have also gotten all new manicure/massage chairs and waiting room chairs.
This place is amazing!!! I came here with my daughter to get toes and nails done!!! They did an outstanding job!!First time here and I think this is our new nail salon we will now come to. They also do eyebrows and it was pretty much painless and they look great. I highly recommend coming here. I got a great look for my daughters graduation and a good summer look.
I went there yesterday to get my gel nail set. The woman who came up to me was very rude and was always yelling. She didn't even cut my real nails before putting on the gel so now some of my nails can be seen underneath the fake ones. She did a terrible job on filing my nails so now some of them are slanted.. My pointer finger nail is completely crooked. She also did terrible on my design I had done.. And messed them up twice and blamed me when I sat there still. I will never again to back to this nail salon, EVER! My recommendations? Have your baby brother do your nails. He'd do a way better job.
I recently went to Regis Salon. There I was, armed with multiple pictures and grown out hair (grown out on purpose so it would be long enough for the style I wanted). I had a long, thoughtful discussion with the stylist (Chris), she agreed that my hair was easily long enough and well suited for the style I wanted, looked carefully at the pictures. She did my highlights (foils, a shade or two lighter than my natural color, as requested). Then she began to cut my hair, with me looking downward or with the hair in the front brushed over my eyes for the most part (and eyes closed at times due to "falling" hair). Finally, she finished the cut. It looked very short, but then again I have panicked before at the look of a new hairstyle when it was wet, before it was styled, so... Once it was dry, it was still very, very short. I went in with an outgrown medium length bob, essentially. I came out with what at one time was called a "pixie", a very short, very layered cut that tapers closely to the neckline (think Mia Farrow, Twiggy (in the '60s), or the girl from Harry Potter with the long hair that she chopped really, really, really short). The pictures I had, the style we had discussed? Basically, a slightly shorter "lightly" stacked bob, with the sides angled shorter at the back and longer in the front (swingy) with long, side swept bangs. I'm really not sure how in the world the cut could be considered anywhere close to the pictures or the style we discussed. The cut was well done actually, if it had been anything close to what I had requested. Had it been only slightly different--well okay. I am mature enough and experienced enough to realize that sometimes you have to "adjust" the cut a little bit to the particular head of hair. But adjusting a mid length, barely layered angled bob (and head of hair that had the shortest layer below the ears at the front, with the shortest layer in the back at the nape of the neck) into a very short multiple layered, almost shaved neck cut...WT**@!!!!!!??????? I will say the highlights (root touch up more than anything) did match my previous highlights well and looked natural but the cut?????? Horrible!!!! Cringe-provoking!!! It has been a long, long, long time since I went home from the salon and cried over a really bad haircut, but then again, it has been a really long time since I had such a bad haircut. To top it off, she tried to set my return appointment for my trim in a month. Are you kidding me!?!? It will take me at least 6 months of growth to get it anywhere close to where it was when I walked into your salon. If you are interested in an adventure when you get a haircut, relish surprise results and generally don't have the slightest idea or concern about the style you get at the salon, make sure you call Regis and ask for Chris---she will make sure your experience is just that...a surprise every time!
