In the beginning received very good customer service. As soon as they received $$, things began to go downhill. 2nd time went for "adjustment", I was actually told by the dentist that she can't see me just "anytime I want her to". This was my 2nd adjustment. I drive 86 miles ONE WAY to use their services. It is not like I am popping in every day and I PAID YOU FOR THIS SERVICE!!!! IN ADVANCE!!!! This is AFTER speaking to assistant on the phone who told me the problem I was having would need to be looked at by the dentist. (called first as didn't want to waste a trip) This is AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. This is AFTER waiting 3.5 HOURS to even be seen. Also told my expectations were just too high. Are you kidding me? After almost $6000, YES THEY are probably HIGH!! Have hard reline done- The assistant ACTUALLY told me that "they" wanted her to HURRY!! This is again after waiting almost 2 hours to be seen and it was near closing. HURRY???? Now I am stuck with pointy tags sticking my gums (because where pockets are - couldn't tell until I chewed) and wondering what do do from here. Like other reviews the teeth are TOO BIG- and it is very obvious that they DO NOT care. After all, they have already been PAID IN FULL. I don't really enjoy driving 172 miles in one day to receive this type of "care". I am hoping that my final result will be better. Right now I am wondering if these are independently owned or if my final could be done at another office.
