Dirty not safe lots of undesire people . The rooms are in terrible condition Terrible mold smell coming from ac/heat unit.
Worst experience EVER!!!! would never recommend this rat hole to anyone.BED BUGS!!BED BUGS!!!!BED BUGS!!!! YUCK!!!try to report to front desk, and they catch an attitude and insist they don't have bed bugs the rooms are treated regularly.BULL SH**!!!We stayed 9 days and itched every time we walked in the room.carpets turned feet black, could not walk barefoot.hair dryer and holder hung off the wall. Had to ask several times for housekeeping to clean our rooms then I missed checkout by 30 minutes and they charged me $20.00 or they wouldn't unlock my room. That was my first time staying there and my last. They may have got my money once but never again. Piece of crap hole in the wall.
Horrible customer service and management. As soon as I open the door and went to the bathroom I noticed mold on the ceiling, and there are cobwebs within the lamps. Never ever coming here again. Just a horrible experience overall.
Great stay, great value. We extended our stay and would gladly stay there again.
I cannot say enough about the townhouse and the owner(Michelle John) that I spent 13 weeks in as a travel nurse. Every houseware I could need was at my disposal. The townhouse was immaculately clean and the furnishings were new and update. If there was any need or concern, Michelle was easily reached and very attentive. My AC filters were changed out every month, landscaping was taken care of, a community pool pass provided, a private patio with outdoor furniture and grill provided as well. I would not think twice about staying here again!
after reading the reviews on here i was really a lil worried but not too worried to not book a room. I made the reservation over a month ago and called the day before i left and made sure they had it. THEY DID. We were hot and exhausted from driving from DFW (Texas) to Baton Rouge and then back to Lafayette and walked into a very clean lobby with a very polite person at the desk. They found the reservation pretty quickly and gave us our keys to #118. We opened the door and it smelled very very good for a smoking room and everything was very very clean. i checked everything the second i got there.. under the bed, the drawers, the bath tub, the floors.. everything was spotless.. even the nooks and crannies of the blow dryer were extremely clean. We had no issue whatsoever. No loud people, no rudeness, absoluetly no complaints. The best part? the a/c was already on when we entered our room so it was a pleasent relief from the humidity. The only thing that sucked was the pool was closed but then again there were thunderstorms on the way so i don't really blame them. I love this motel and would recommend it to everyone i know. As a matter of fact, we are booking another room for August as soon as i finish writing this review!!
AllMittrix, Inc. employees seemed to enjoy staying at your hotel. we will continue using your hotel. Re reservations at front desk...excellent service.
We found the room quite comfortable and the buffet breakfast area was well stocked.
This hotel doesn't have the basics that you're used to. No complimentary breakfast, no refrigerator or microwaves in rooms. Just very inconvenient and frustrating... and they're not sorry.
