I wrote a 1 star review yesterday critical of this business. The owner called today about another matter ( lost credit card) which he spent a lot of time on. He also apologized profusely for the "folded" situation. Looking bac, I interpreted his last comment of " go ahead and take your clothes' as dismissive. What he explained today was that was his "Cajun" way of saying it was all free because of his error, not being mean. He explained how it happened and what he was doing to keep it from happening again.I was wrong. That's called "service recovery" and he did it wellMike
Having brought in two shirts for laundering, midday, I was pleasantly surprised when my oder was completed, within a few hours! No more ring around the collar; no more stains. Both garments were heavily starched, just as I requested. In addition, the two attendants were professional & attentive. The prices & hours of service are quite reasonable, too. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Sad to have to leave a poor rating, but I was quoted $20-$25 to fix a bating shot top for my daughter and then was charged $63 when it was picked up. Naturally I would have refused to pay this, but we were leaving the next day for a vacation and my daughter needed a bathing suit top that fit her correctly. After inquiring about this, they told me I was never quoted a price and they were not willing to do anything about this miscommunication. When I mentioned they could have at least notified me in advance of the charge increase, they insisted I wasn't quoted a price. The bathing suit top turned out really nice, the lack of following through on a quote or caring about customer satisfaction was very disappointing.
The owner, Richard Brister, has serviced my Rainbow since purchased in 1991 - 25 years! He is the real deal and knows his way around a rainbow. He's fast, honest, reasonable and I would not go anywhere else! I love my rainbow vacuum and would not have any other brand. My rainbow will last another 25 years thanks to him! Best vacuum in the world serviced by a reputable authorized dealer and repairman.
this is the only certified Rainbow dealer in Lafayette. They have great service and rep.Been going to this location for over 20 years.
This place ruined my comforter. We took it in to be dry cleaned, upon getting home with it we discovered that the seams were completely shredded. When we took it back to file a complaint they stated that we signed a release, which we did not. They pulled out a copy of so said release that was signed and it was not my signature but a forged signature. Upon talking with both the manager and owner, who both were very rude and talked down to both me and my wife, were told that it was not there fault and they were not going to do anything "Except finally refund the dry cleaning fee which they were even reluctant to that." They stated that we should try to return the comforter from where we bought it since in their opinion (which now means nothing to me) was a defect in the stitching. I guess what they are saying is you can pay me to destroy your comforter and then make the store I bought it from responsible for it?CONS TO THIS PLACE:*Rude Owner and Manager*Forged signature on release (Very shady business practices)*Called both me and my wife liars when we told them we had not signed the release*Destroyed our comforter and didn't even mention it to us when we picked it up (and the owner even stated that he had seen it and just decided he wasn't going to call, I guess showing respect for your customers is not important)PROS TO THIS PLACE*There are plenty of other dry cleaners in this town so I never have to go back.PLEASE NEVER GO HERE THEY ARE A HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
I'm very impressed with the excellent customer service at this cleaners!My family will be visiting Lafayette to attend our nephew's First Communion, and I forgot to have my husband's shirt laundered. I called 2 other cleaners who boast, "one hour cleaners", to see if they could help me out, but they were both very unhelpful and explained my shirt wouldn't be ready until Monday.When I called One Low Price Cleaners, they actually wanted to know when I needed the shirt back. When I told them for Sunday morning Mass, they told me to bring it in on Friday, and they'll take care of it for me!What awesome, old fashioned customer service!
