University Place Apartments

I love staying here. The environment is friendly and the staff is always courteous and prompt. I would definitely recommend staying here compared to dorm living.

College is the time where you are supposed to feel safe, be in a new environment, and have somewhere you can call home. If you’re looking for a place with comfort, safety, and fun events then UPA is your destination. The front office staff was always friendly (ask for Josh) super inviting and understanding when I had an issue. My room space was so much better than the dorms I used to live in. I really enjoyed my stay here, and highly recommend it.

I have to say from reading the older comments on here it’s safe to say the new management has come a long way. We enjoyed everything about our stay here. The space was great, really close to compass, didn’t have trouble with noise. There were even fun events that we attended given by the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. They were always willing to accommodate what we needed and super friendly. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The management and staff are always there to help, which is somewhat uncommon when you have a whole community to deal with. Maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner, and they work with you constantly to secure your comfort and enjoyment of stay while your lease is in effect! 5-Stars would be an understatement. This place is amazing!

No complaints. Loved the people and my experience. Friendly enviroment and friendlier prices. Would recommend to any college student. Definitely beats a dorm.

I love how spacious the apartment is. Being how close it is to campus, I expected higher prices but it was surprisingly affordable. The area is clean, the staff is great, and the apartment is spacious. Also, surprisely peaceful. I expected a lot of noise but none at all. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

All I can say is a few years ago I moved my son into these apartments and I’ve been happy ever since. The apartments are located right next to campus, the staff is super friendly, and the maintenance is always very prompt. I really would recommend this place to anyone.

I have lived here for 3 years and with the new management company, things are really awesome here! I love the new bridge to campus and the upgraded 5 bedrooms are AWESOME! I plan to stay here through my doctorate.

This place is disgusting and the management sucks and will find a way to charge you for everything even when you are paying everything and are doing as they say. Do yourself a favor and do not live here

This was my first apartment and it was atrocious to say yhe least! The staff was super friendly at first but once the lease was signed and we were moved in they stopped caring. The so-called "renovations" were superficial and no real changes were made. The maintenance sucks. My dishwasher fell out and they only put a nail in it to hold it in place. I was told it would get replaced. The staff are very annoying. I had not lived in my apartment two days before they were knocking at my door asking if I would like to renew my lease. The icing on the cake was when my apartment was SHOT at. We found bullet holes and a bullet in our apartment. The manager, tabitha, laughed when I told her about it and told me it was a rock or a BB. she never once offered to come over to look at it or anything. I even showed pictures of the damage! Then she had nerve enough to ask if things were better. I wanted out of my lease and she told me that it wasn't grounds to break my lease! She was completely uncaring and rude. It has been 3 months since the incident and all they have done is replace the window. I still have bullet holes on my walls. This is a horrible place for the price and service they offer. Even though it is close to campus it is a gamble living here. I would rather pay a little more and live farther than deal with these incompetent, immature people. Save yourself the headache and stress. Do NOT sign a lease here!
