My 1st visit and the staff was very friendly, it will not be my last, price is right, everyone made me feel welcomed, thanks staff

Horrible service was told 30 minutes for delivery time it's been an hour and 45 minutes never order here you again just ridiculous!

Been waiting over an hour for delivery.. Been on hold twenty minutes and they about to close..something tells me not getting pizza.

They hung up in my face and then they didn't answer when I called back...they are very rude and unorganized

I ordered pizza from Moss street Lafayette Louisiana and it took 2 hrs for delivery Before delivery I was told 1 hour and when I called due to delivery not on time I was told pizza just left will be there shortly another 45 minutes no delivery called back again ask for manager whom stated her name was Tonya who then advise me they had 1 driver for the night and stated,she told her employees to advise customers when ordering. I stated those expectations were not set for me I was told 1 hr it is now 2 hrs later and ask to be compensated it is late at night no where else to order and family needs to eat. Manager stated she can only cancel my order I stated no it should be refunded and still receive pizza due to not getting pizza 2hrs later n not given option to pick up or not ordering due to 1 driver Manager and other employees became rude saying I should not have an attitude n hung in my face. I called several times to get the managers boss information but the manager kept refusing threatening me to stop calling she will call the police for harassment so I went online for customer service number but it only advise u to contact store wow just horrible

Horrible Service they made a mistake on my delivered pizza. They had me deliver it back to them. Or I was gonna wait 2 hrs for them to fix the problem and deliver my pizza again. So when I told them I don't want the pizza and my money back they kept the delivery charge even though I drove 30 min to get to there location to drop there pizza back to them. The manager Of The Store Was Worse Then THE cashier
