Geek Squad

every time I go there is the wait that I.hate and the tech guys seem like they could careless about our computer. I recently go to.the little computer shop in Abbeville called Pitstop Computer, the guy there sure does a better job then geeksquad and a lot cheaper. check them out www.pc1pitstop.com.

Every time I went in for a warranty issue the wait time was over an hour! These people have no clue as how to make the customer satisfied. Have never been back since, and never will go back to Bestbuy.

I was in best buy buying an ipod and when i asked a guy named "mike" to look at an expensive one, he said "that one is expensive" and then walked off. I was sitting there thinking, um, yeah what if i have the money (which i did). I didnt buy the ipod and went somewhere else. I find the door staff are very nice, but that on top of a rude encounter with a man in the TV section is the reason i no longer shop there.

The Apple Store is the best thing at the Best Buy if you speak with the Apple Rep. He is intelligent and seems to know quite a bit about the Apple products (i.e. computers). This is one of the best deals in Lafayette. The rest of the store is so so.
