        Overall

        A very quite and relaxing atmosphere. Good yoga teachers. A good start to the week with Monday morning yan class, than a gentle Wednesday evening class. Than every other Sunday there is a awesome restorative session. Very good meditation in all classes. I always leave feeling relaxed, regenerized and ready to get back to my life redetermined.
