Purchased a brand new vehicle from them, before driving off the lot we noticed the tire light was on so we brought it up to the salesman. He assured us that it would be fixed but not the same day as the service department had already closed for the day. Bring the car back for the 1st service appointment and mention the issue, they decide to plug the tire instead of replace it. Fast forward to the 3 service appointment and 6-7 months later, the tire is still leaking. Only solution now is replace the tire that Hampton expects me to pay over $200 for because their incompetent salesman did not document it properly and have no record of it. So the service department doesn’t not believe my story because I like most other people have to work and didn’t have time to go back to Hampton first business day after purchasing the car to fix the tire and figured it could wait till the first service appointment.Forgot to mention the best part, Hampton was doing a construction project when I purchased my car and it is still on going. Guess what the service technician found in my tire? A NAIL, gee I wonder where that came from?
We had a great experience with these people. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My daughter found the perfect first NEW CAR...a beautiful Electrolyte Green Hyundai Accent. She loves it, and we got a good deal. I do recommend this business to friends. :) ***AMENDED REVIEW*** When we had a little problem during the very first week...we got the run-around, and never got the problem fixed. :( Disappointed.

I have to say that normally I don't post online reviews, but my recent vehicle purchase at Hub City Ford was outstanding and hands down the best experience that I've encountered when buying a vehicle. The entire team that I worked with was very professional, informative and stayed well past the closing time just to get me into my vehicle that night. My salesman, Paul, was great guiding the entire purchase process, and regularly asked if I had any questions or concerns. He even paired my phone to the vehicle. I never once felt pressured during the whole transaction. Thank you for your service and care, I appreciate it very much!
BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE of my life! Brought my Q50 for an oil change and software update. Was greeted by a representative car door-side. Went in and spoke with the representative. VERY professional and courteous. Service loaner pulled right up. I got back to the dealer a half hour early then completion. Enjoyed a coffee and a snack (all free) while waiting in the swanky waiting area. Very clean. Every person that walked by thanked me for my patronage and was genuine about it. When my car was finished i signed the appropriate paperwork and was walked to my car. I WAS SHOCKED. My car had been washed.....more like Detailed, Full tank of gas, all service reminders had been reset and the representative even opened the door for me! The most interesting part of it all was that I bought the car from Infiniti of Shreveport. They never asked me why and treated me AMAZINGLY. I enjoyed my buying experience from Shreveport, but Lafayette is closer to me for service. HIGHLY recommend this dealership and I will most likely buy my next Infiniti from them!
We were recently in the market for a used van to fit the needs of our handicapped son. We unfortunately bought our vehicle from here. Do yourself a favor, if the salesman is yelling to his coworker about how he has the "prefect SUV" for an annoying customer, asks you if you're interested in a sportscar (obviously not in our present situation), tries to get you to make a decision in front of him and shows you a vehicle that says it's out fro service and been checked but has dirty components inside and a cracked windshield outside, politely excuse yourself and leave. We should've gone with our gut, but the van had the features we most needed. At the loan department, I expressed what price point I wanted to avoid, after being shown the numbers including an extended warranty, and the loan officer smiled and said, well, you avoided it, when we were only cents away! We chose a lesser value extended warranty, and i stated we would pay for it along w/our downpayment to keep our monthly payment more affordable. When the cards came in the mail on it, I saw that there was also a $250/per claim deductible, something our last extended warranty on a vehicle did not have So, I called to cancel it and get my money back, I figure it's less likely that the money pd upfront will be used in the long run and I could use it up front. However, the paperwork wasn't done to show we pd for the extended warranty and that money will simply go on the loan itself, not back to me. Taken aback by that, i said I'd think it over and get back with them. When i tried to reach them again on this issue, they didn't return my phone calls to the cancellation department until i got the reception desk involved. Last, but not least, the supposed 21-point inspection either never happened or is a joke. I have had to have the battery tightened into place and the connections to it tightened, a hose replaced, and one of the tires won't let air in or out, which is the way it came. It is too low, so the tire pressure light stays on. To top it all off, four other codes joined it yesterday on the instrument panel; woohoo, the fun never ends! Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Courtesy.
I had pretty good help here. Starting with the sales and ending with the delivery with the mechanic that knew a lot more about the 4wheeler than I ever did.
I bought a car from Hampton Toyota at the LADA car show. Great experience forms start to finish. Each person we came in contact with at Hampton were helpful and friendly.
I work offshore 7/7 I called on a Friday to see about picking up a bike for when I get off wed. well I got approved they got my bike ready but I guess they forgot about me for two days and would put me on hold are tell me someone would get back with me and never would, and to top it off the guy was a prick on the phone and acted like since I wasn't in the store he didn't want to talk to me, thumbs down
Not the nicest people to do business with. I will never return to Hub City Ford nor will I recommend this place to anyone!
