Five weeks of waiting for their one and only tile layer to be available only to be told days before they arrived that their tile layer had broken his ankle, but not to worry because they found a replacement and he does wonderful work. It took this substitute six days to lay floor tile and a backsplash for a small galley kitchen. My cabinetmaker ended up having to make custom-size shoe moulding to cover the huge gaps that Gerami's skillful tile layer left against baseboards and under the cabinets. I insisted that the designer and one of the owners come out to see these gaps and they saw no problem - imagine that. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Gerami's Flooring.
we chose this company because they were recommended to us by several people. things didnt turn out like we planned. wiggins himself came out to give us a price on re-doing a small place in our wood floors. we ended up getting three rooms completely refinished. things went down hill from there. the two guys that he sent to do the floors spent part of the day playing basketball, then they got the color wrong on the stain. so the whole thing had to be re-sanded (oh the dust) and stained again. the color came out right that time but now the foor is coming up in all the rooms that were re-done. we have been told by another floor specialist that wiggins used the wrong sander, which is causing the floor to came unglued. wiggins came out and said he could fix it but he would have to make small holes all over the floor to shoot glue in, trouble is he never showed back up or called after looking at the problem floors. needless to say our lawyer has been in touch with his and we are still waiting for them to respond with a reasonable solution. not a company i would suggest doing business with.
