At the beginning of summer, my air conditioning stopped blowing cold. I went to Acadiana Dodge thinking that since they are an authorized Dodge dealership and have been around a long time, they would get it repaired correctly. Less than two months later, when I'd turn on the AC, it would make a loud tapping noise on the driver side. Now it only blows cold on the passenger side. After having to pay them over $1500, and having to wait an extra day than originally told, I should not be having this issue. From now on, I'll do business with Musson Patout, for I can't trust Acadiana Dodge to do things right the first time. That's way to high a cost for shoddy work.
They NEVER I QUOTE NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. This is at the Lafayette airport location. You can't even get a phone line even off google that they will answer. It's an automated service which then tells you to select an option, then hangs up on you.....every time!!!!!!����������������an very expensive

My customer service from Jericah was exactly what I wanted in a sales rep. I went in thinking I wanted a small SUV, and she had them ready before I got there. But then we talked sedans and I ended up in my Camille Baby!! And I love her! I sat in the driver's seat, took off and knew she was the one. Jericah then helped me get a good deal and worked diligently to ensure that. (Even though I was difficult) I'd highly recommend Jericah with Acadiana Dodge any day and I'll be back to see her in the future for my vehicle needs!! Super stoked thanks so much girl!
