Awesome customer service! Great, dependable and affordable vehicles! I would refer friends and family here.
Very helpful...n explain to the tee.. what is going on ..love the atmosphere n spirit of the place. Appreciate it.
With a few years of car industry service under my belt myself I've only met a few trustworthy folks but these guys take the cake. I've since moved away from the industry but the crew at used car factory are there, during and after the sale. Even years down the line I still feel like they appreciate our business.
Shawn, Chase, and Cris made the process easy and pleasant! We really felt like family! From start to finish they were willing to go above and beyond for us.
We've bought multiple vehicles with them and they were always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
They bought my car without me being there or drivers license to assure I was in fact one of the owners of the car. Their notary illegally sign the title. They knew the title was forged they say they did it in good faith.
The main purpose of this dealership is really to compliment. They helpful and knowledge provided for an excellent experience.
Love this place! The staff were very helpful. They gave me a great deal on my X5! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle.
Hi, I recently purchased a truck from EveryBody Rides in lafayette. I put down 2,500 dollars & the very next day this truck starts to idle terribly. So I called them to let them know. Now this happened on a saturday... I bought the truck the friday, just the day before. So I had to wait to bring it in on the monday when they were open. This truck has killed on me at a red light 4 times since then. My note is 500 dollars monthly. Should I be having a truck that dies at all?! Especially in traffic!! I called today & was hung up on by paige. This truck was sold to me by brandon & Jessica. My advice?? RUN as far away as you can. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from here. They are true scam artists. Taking peoples hard earned money. Not to even mention it was my fiances MILITARY money he earned by servjng our country & we told them this. They gladly took it & will most definitely not refund it. We have a 3 year old & a baby on the way & they knew this as well.
after buying the suv breaks go out that made us coast through a stop sign. We had the suv towed to a break place and we were told that the breaks have been worn out for quite some, the caliber is gone and the rooters are broken. This cost us 650 dollars to fix less than 90 days after purchase. They also informed us that a leaf spring is broken, the shocks are worn out and a hanger barring needs to be replaced. Now when we both test drove the suv we did tell the sales lady Rachael that the breaks felt soft and could they please check them with the mechanic that is on staff. So when we went back to voice our complaints of the gross negligence of the breaks completely failing and the high risk they put us in all we from the secretary (a manager would not speak with us) is that we bought it as is and it's basically our problem. A simple apology would have gone so much further than sorry for your luck but we got your money and you got the problems.
