I'm impressed with the service department and Brian Leblanc. I've purchased many cars in the last 20 years and I've always couldn't stand dealing with dealership service departments; it always seems that they don't want your business. That you're bothering them. Brian Leblanc and the team at Acadiana took care of me and made this a positive, memorable experience. Along with an issue that I had with a rim they found some other warranty issue and insisted that I not drive in the vehicle until they had the correct parts in to do the warranty repairs. They put me in a beautiful Ram 1500 4-door 4x4 to use while my car was in the shop. The whole process was seamless and ever-so easy. Brian will return your call every time you leave a message for him and is courteous and friendly. Thank you all for making my experience positive.

When I bought my ram 1500 from Keenan there was a small imperfection in the paint on the bumper that we noticed after all the paperwork was done and I was about to drive off the lot. He began trying to get the truck the next day so he could make it right IMMEDIATELY. I wasn't able to get it in till two days later but it was ready the same day and looked amazing. You can't even tell it was there. They did everything they could to do right as soon as they could. Also two thumbs up for the delivery specialist Donald. He stepped in without missing a beat while my salesman was out of the office. They made a hell of a team!!
Truly amazing.I brought in my 2015 Jeep Renegade(bought it here in August) in for first oil change.When I get it back they told me they did a complimentary check of many different things on vehicle.I go to use windshield washer fluid it was completely out.I checked their check sheet and it said it was ok.I am asking myself if I should go do my own check.I think I may need to go elsewhere for service.
Our family recent trip for the holidays was perfect, thanks to the vehicle we rented from Enterprise. We were all able to fit comfortable for the long ride to Charolette, NC to visit my daughter. We had the Grand Cherokee Jeep and the ride was great with good gas miles and roomy enterior. Thanks to the friends at Enterprise for arranging our most memorable trip and for providing long time memories.
On the recommendation of Bryce Godwin, I brought my Toyota van in to the Body Shop after an accident. Chico Vega handled the work for me, and the shop did a great job. Not only was my van all fixed up but it was washed and vacuumed and cleaner than when I brought it in. I was also very pleased with the service I received from the on-site Enterprise car rental office. All in all a great experience!

So I gotta say this when we started out dealing with Acadiana Dodge it didn't start out great but I give them credit they rectified the situation and made things right.
