McCarty Place Apartments

Your maintenance is extremely sub par and rude. My friend has had a water leak sense she moved in 2 months ago. Tonight, her key got stuck in her lock and when she called the maintenance "emergency" number that was provided. The guy acted like it was a huge inconvenince. However, after 2 hours the guy finally showed up, by which point, the key had already been removed after having to take the lock apart and mess with it for a good hour. Then when the "emergency" maintenance man did finally show he had an extremely rude attitude and was upset becuae the key had been removed and he thought this was an emergency. Well, sorry for doing your job for you. When I told him to not even start with me, becuase this lock, just like the leak, was supposed to be fixed over a month ago!!!! The guy got in his van and drove away saying he didn't need my attitude??? This kind of service is pathetic and unacceptable!!! Another issue had been that the office can't keep track of whose paying rent. She has issued twice with them claiming she hasn't pages her rent. Luckily she has her receipts to prove that she has!!! Then they call her and harass her like she is supposed to drop everything she is doing and leave work to show her receipts and the damn office doesn't even stay open past 2 in the afternoon. Also, they still have not provided her a key to her mailbox. This apartment complex and it's management is a joke. I wish 0 stars was an option!!!

I well never live there agn they have ants that live with u and to many smoker and the new lady that in the office is so rude I was in the hospital for a month having my son and my brother got me kick out my place so when I got out hospital the lady in the office call the and told me that I hadto pay bah bah this amount and I'm like I have no clue what went wrong I been in the hospital the lady in the off lough and I said do u think being in the hospital for a month funny and she did have none thing to sAy but then she took me to court but not my brother but I think she did take my brother bec her husband and my brother use to go to the off and smoke weed to gather so they became close friend I'm telling this bec they have no reviewer yet and maybe be she did the same thing to some one else
