I love living at Southridge. This place is perfect for dog owner. There are no breed or size restrictions, which is awesome. The manager is great, she is very responsive to emails, calls, and requests.
I have lived at Southridge for almost 2 years. The property manager and maintenance man are wonderful. If I ever have a work order or apartment concern, they address it right away. We also have fun resident events every month. My apartment comes with free internet, and it is really fast internet. I would recommend Southridge to anyone.
This is a really nice place. It has a beautiful setting and the apartments have all the appliances you could want. The on-site maintenance is very responsive, which is great.
Great place to live. They have a new management company (took over in 2013) and it's been great. Maintenance is great and you receive free internet!
Nice people to rent from, flexible, and willing to make changes upon request. Would rent from them again.
Do not move in to these apartments if you're planning on actually being IN your apartment. Or, ya know, the surrounding area. This place charges rent which is far too high considering they have almost nothing for amenities- no pool, no courts, a "fitness center" that can fit in a closet with 3 machines, and appliances they claim are new but never work.I have had the same outlet on my outside wall spark and ignite 4 times, each time with only a small desk lamp plugged into it. My garbage disposal stops working once a week. There is no snow removal unless someone who lives here has a cousin with a plow. You're surrounded by whiny, noisy, moronic college kids (not the grad students and professors the staff claims live here to try to get apartments leased). They claim to be pet friendly but do everything in their power to make you and your pets feel unwelcome.Save your money. Two bedrooms for $655 a month sounds like a great deal- but remember you get what you pay for. The staff is rude and enters your apartment without due notice if you don't answer the door when they come knocking; packages might be held for you if the manager on duty that day feels like dealing with it; the toilets are messed with before you move in so that they constantly run and in turn run your water bill up.Go. Somewhere. Else.
