I went with expectation of changing my service to Sprint from A t&t. After 2 hours of phone calls , and filling out forms, I was ready to sign the contract.....but the contract states that there is a 2 year agreement to stay with Sprint. The sales man said to ignore what the contract said but to sign anyway. Then they began explaining how to actually have Sprint "buy out my contract" Super confusing! Ending in Sprint sending me a voucher and I would pay At&t.....but that may take up to 12 weeks! After 2 hours I left. .....no deal. The next day I just thought I'd share my experience with the manager. I explained that I was not complaining about the sales people, but rather the fact that it took till the end of the process to inform me about the contract and the complicated rocess to "buyout". I got nothing g from the manager! No " I'm sorry about your experience" no response. Just silence. And "thank you and good bye" at the end. Poor customer service.
