Great front desk to the back assistants. Dr is very professional & experienced. Nothing hurt and everyone worked in sync to replace my broken anterior bridge. Very grateful for all their efforts. I highly recommend this practice.

I was quote $29,000 by one office, $33,000 by another office to fix my whole mouth. Could it be because I live in The Villages? I ended up only paying $20,000 for the EXACT SAME PROCEDURES as quoted by the other offices. I'm glad I didn't give in to "pushy sales pitches" and I visited 3 different offices before I made my decision. It pays to be patient. But what "sold" me besides cost, was seeing before/after portfolio pictures of other patients mouths who received the same treatment as I. They are very busy and you sometimes have to wait BUT ITS WORTH EVERY SECOND AND EVERY PENNY SPENT. My work is also warranted. Thanks a million...

I was seen on 9/27/13 and paid extra for work prior to getting a new set of partials. They never sent the pre-certification request to my insurance; however, they told me they had sent it. I verified this with my insurance company. When I called again the beginning of December, I was told that it was too late for them to send it in --that they wouldn't get paid!!If they had sent in the pre-certification the end of Sept. as they told me they did, it would NOT have been too late. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I had a dental check up appointment today and i am very happy to say that it was one of my best dental experiences. The staff was very down to earth and helpful the Dr. had great chair side manners and the assistants were excellent. I observed the office while in the chair, everything was well organized and clean. No treatment was done until explained to me and i agreed to the treatment and the treatment cost which was great. The waiting was a little longer that expected but was well worth it. I would recommenced any one to visit this office and have a great experience like i did.

just to say i dont make a habit of putting folks down but i have had two appt so far with this office the first time i sat in the waiting room for 45 past my appt time then when i asked i was brought into the back where i sat for another 20 min before anyone talked to me. my second appt for a root canal i waited in the back in a chair for one hour then someone moved me to another chair where i sat for another hour then the dentist came in prepped my tooth and i saw noone for atleast 1 hour then the dentist came back for 5min did some quick work and i sat for another hour without anyone saying a word to me .now the dentist comes in after my asking what was up he worked for no more than 15min and told me they needed xrays and not to close my mouth as there were pins sticking up in my mouth .the girl came in and took an xray and left me there no lie for 35 min with these pins in my mouth .51/2 hrs in chair for honest 45 minutes of the dentist touching me very poor service terrible
