This is THE worst place to go. Your situation is of no real concern to these people. From receptionists to the head honcho. There is no compassion, no care, no understanding, no bedside manner, and no human decency. Then they shoo you out the door without helping you. Don't bother going there, it's not worth the mental anguish.
