My first experience was January 3, 2017 for back surgery, great service, released January 4, 2017, nom pain, extremely numb, went back to work a week later. Started having severe headaches while, sitting or standing. Did not put the two together until January 23rd called doctor ordered MRI and blood work. Went to his office told me they were going to operate Wednesday 1/26/17 for CSF leak. Had surgery noticed not too many employees and not attentive. Doctor placed one stitch in leak, kept me lying down for a day and then started raising me slowly. The phlebotomy person was horrible did not speak a word. During the night I kept complaining about being wet, they told me I was sweating, I was there for 7 days and had one bath only because my IV broke and I was soaking wet, it took three people to try and get IV in while complaining about the nurse should not have removed it. Did not get it in had to take meds by mouth. still not changing my bed or my dressing, they did give me a new bed pad. Bandages were placed on top of each other without removing the old. When they finally had to remove bandage i was in so much pain and crying they were pulling my skin off. My son begged for them to use something use but got nowhere. They started raising my bed I got another headache, my doctors assistant came in on Friday and said they were going back in on Sunday to repair the leak again. I was on medication don't remember signing anything for third surgery. the morning after my third surgery, the phlebotomy person came in for blood and removed my catharet, I wasn't two hours out of surgery, I couldn't sit or stand so now after having three back surgeries they have to figure out a way for me to urinate until they can put another catheter in me. They forgot to feed me, the nurse found my tray at 8:30pm and brought it to me and I told her I did not want that. I thank god they closed your hospital. I pray someone reads this and calls me Mary Smith 337-296-1585
