Hugo's Tire Shop

Left the shop after having four tires replaced and front left tire came off as I was turning the corner 1-2miles down the road. Had car towed back they fixed car advised them I want my money back due to negligence and poor service. I was asked to sign a hand written document saying my car was fixed they are sorry etc. I told them I am not signing anything and I want my key. I call officer Krauss a Lavergne police officer who provided a very interesting vibe. Stating this is civil and they fixed the car I don't think you should get your money back. I received the impression that he had better experiences with people of Hispanic descent. Because when I finally got my car he an Ramon shook hands. I am a respectable black woman work for a very well known hospital in Nashville not some rift raft looking to get over. This was negligence period when officers Hudgens an officer Hale arrived on the scene. The day the incident occurred they advised me this is the 2nd time. I didn't sign doc.

My family and I never go anywhere else for our tire needs. Small business but great service. Would definitely recommend! Fast service!

Terrible, terrible place of business. Had a pair of tires picked out and set aside for first thing in the morning and shook the mans hand on it. Come back and they sold them and tried to charge me $280 dollars for a set of other used tires. What a load of BS will never do business with ever again. Terrible business.
