Rude Good for nothing Staff

Last December 20th of 2011 i took my macbook pro for fixing of a screen issue.I purchased this from Frys Electronics (Learn from my mistakes friends don't ever buy anything here),i had bought warranty so they accepted to fix it.I received it 2 weeks later (not the 2 days they claim they'd have it done),turns out it wouldent get WiFi.I purchased a new WiFi box & modem plugged them in and learned that that wasn't the issue.A friend of mines told me that they had damaged something else.I took it back for fixing for something that THEY messed up and to this day i have not gotten it back.I called everyday and all they would say is that they had not received a ""part"" (bull crap i order stuff from Japan all the time and it gets here in less than 2 weeks standard shipping).Everytime i would call to see when that ""part"" would arrive,they would day they'd call me back and never did.Finally i decided to go see them in person.The staff was rude,and not very informative.I decided to speak with the manager and he said that he would contact the company that sold the part and if they did not have it,he would simply give me a new one,but for the time being he could lend me a 500 dollar or under laptop (Because you know,there's mac book pro's under 500 bucks,lol)another 2 months passed by when i just kept calling and calling,receiving no calls back of course until 3 weeks ago they said they had received the part...but it didn't work.So for the past 3 weeks ive been calling non stop,and i don't know what else to do.One thing is for certain though,if i ever get it back that will be the last time i step place in this disgusting place ever again.Rude uninformed staff,overpriced items,forget about it! Learn from mi mistake,DONT BUY FROM HERE!If i could give them -5 stars,i would!
