These people are nothing but a bunch of shiftless operators who once they've sold you their inferior product treat you like a liar and con artist which sadly only reveals the truth about them. But unfortunately by then it's too late. Buyer beware. Don't make the same mistake I made. Stay clear and be thankful for review sites like this one.
Horrible service! Sprint phone service had a note on my account to replace my Samsung S4 after having numerous problems. I took my phone 5 times to this store within a year and never had the issues fixed, just reset. They would not honor the replacement that Sprint itself said to replace it. I called Sprint while in the store and Sprint told me to get my phone and go to the West Covina store. Excellent service at the West Covina store.
First of all I am only giving the one star rating because there is nothing less. This sprint store is a new one on Amar in La Puente. I live in Walnut, so at first I was excited it was opening so close by. I am so disappointed and would never enter that store again. I'll take the extra drive up to the Colima store where their customer service is 10 times better. I cannot believe how unprofessional these employees are.They seem bored and preoccupied with being on their own personal mobile devices than assisting you. When I walked through their door (no customers inside) no one came up to me. A couple of employees were against the back wall on their phones and a few more wee scatter about the store doing the same thing.I had to walk up to the counter as they each looked at one another to see who would step up and help me. My iphone 5 is not working, where people who call me cannot understand or hear me. The employee was calling the store phone for another employee to answer so he can test it.. The employee was right across from us and let the phone ring, until his coworker cried out to him "it's me" (we were staring right at him!) well they determined the phone was not working and as bored as can be said it's better to go to an apple store to exchange it. It would take a week at their store. I'm just so irritated on his lack of interest in my problem. When it said those words he looked at me like I'm finished with you. Ugg I am telling everyone not to waste their time at this store, it not the outcome I'm really angry at (ok a little) but the total blatant lack of interest these employees show for their customers.
