After approximately 32 years of service our air conditioning system was struggling to keep our house cool and our electric bills were through the roof! My wife and I decided it was time to do what we had been putting off for several years; installing a new and more efficient system. After receiving several estimates, we received a flyer in the mail from Arvell Moore and decided to call. A very knowledgeable and professional gentleman named Doug came to our home to evaluate the existing system and make his recommendations. The job was completed in one day with exceptional results. The level of expertise of the technicians that installed our new system and the very helpful finance department are second to none. My name is John Blanton, and I had Arvell Moore out here on March 15. I had big problems with my AC system. David did a thorough inspection of the system and suggested what needed to be done. We agreed on this and although I was hesitant to spend the money I decided to put the new system in. The crew came out the following Tuesday and started to remove my old duct work and reinstall all new ducts and new coil. The crew that came out was very professional and answered questions about what they were doing. The work they did took about two days and then David came back out to do the final inspection. Last year, we decided to update our air conditioning and heating unit and chose arvell moore. The crew was very professional and went out of their way not to disrupt our home. We are very pleased with the new air conditioning and heating system along with new duct work. Our energy bill has been drastically reduced; almost in half and we could not be happier.
