very good pizza and very good customer service.
Our host ordered a regular pizza and Abby put it in as a supreme, which is $3 more expensive. It arrived with all the wrong toppings on it. Host called back and Abby said they would make another and get it to her in 45 MINUTES. Wouldn't you put that pizza ahead of the line to remedy the issue rather than making the customer wait double the time?! On top of that, Abby said she would "credit" host $3 on my next order - which is NOT a credit, it's what you OWE HER for putting in the wrong item! She was not offered ANY coupon or incentive whatsoever to remedy the issue. Abby clearly didn't care. After reading other reviews about customers in larger numbers getting food poisoning from JJ's, I think I've had my last pizza from here.
Awesome pizza, pretty fast too!
