Went to have my laptop fixed because the screen wasn't working they "fixed" it for 89$ but after a couple days the side of the screen started coming apart. Went back and asked if they could fix and said it needed additional parts which they never stated in the beginning. They said it would be an additional 200$ . I denied that but they did try to put it back together and the screen doesn't want to turn on anymore EDIT I would like to add that they have gotten back to me and have fixed the issues associated with the services and the laptop. I would like to thank them for their promptness on getting back to me.!

So I bring it in to Ronnie and wait to hear back. I end up having to call them to get an update after a couple days, they say they are still working on it. They call back the third day and say it's the power supply that is the issue, we should replace it, so I tell them to go ahead. They call back a couple hours later, turns out it wasn't the power supply.Couple days later they tell me the motherboard needs to be replaced, so I tell them to go ahead. They have to order it but they'll "rush" it because I paid for the rush service. Guess I've been spoiled by Amazon prime, because "rush" was 5 or 6 days. They finally call me back and say they have good news and bad news. Good news is the new motherboard works and the squeal is gone, bad news... both my hard drives are fried and completely unrecoverable....I was upset to say the least, because not only were my hard drives working fine before I brought it in, they were going to charge me to replace them. I called up Tech 2U customer service and spoke with Jeff. Jeff tells me that my motherboard fried the hard drives and that it was no fault of their tech people. I told him I had no issues with my hard drives before, it was just that noise. He tells me that my computer wouldn't even boot up and when they did boot it up with the new motherboard, that it fried the hard drives. This is 10 days after I brought it in, and they are just now telling me that supposedly my computer didn't even start? Now whether they are incompetent and destroyed my hard drives on accident or just malicious and gouging me for more money I don't know or care at this point. I will never be using their services again.
When you have any IT issue these are the guys to call. They were there fast and got things up and running. the price was very reasonable since they came to me and I didn't have to take anything apart to transport for repair.
This retailer is outstanding ! I was so impressed with the customer service and their services. I popped in on a holiday weekend with an emergency repai needed. I work from home and this is a huge sales weekend for nne and my ipad screen spidercracked. They quickly took it and fixed it in less than an hour! My business is backbup and going with minimal downtime thanks to these guys! Im so appreciative of them! I highly reccomendbthem and their repair prices are competative! Very ugly person who answered that phone just now, I inquired something and he said "you're wasting my time" whhhooopppyyy dooo- don't go to TRITECH - HE IS A WASTE OF TIME! what comes around goes around... soon you'll have no clients as they won't waste their TIME with you... you'll be obsolete!
I had a great experience at this store. The price was great and I got exactly what I wanted. I was warned about loosing things off my laptop on several communications, but this I already knew so it was backed up. Beverly was very, very nice and business like. The guy who worked on it for me was also very careful to make sure I knew the extint of what they were doing. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. Hooray I've found a new computer place if I should have problems. By the way...they are open, they just moved a couple of doors down.
I had a problem with my computer. It would freeze or reboot for no reason. Called at 3pm and three hours later the problem was solved!
