EXCELENT WORK

My watch was fixed great and on time. It was cleaned, oiled, case and bracelet were cleaned and polished. Works great. Big, big thank you, Vladimir. I will be recommending your store to all my friends. I have some old clocks, that I'm going to bring to you for fixing and restoration. I'm sure they will be working like new after your repair. EXCELENT WORK.

Best Watch Repair In San Diego,Ca

I have a collection of about 60 watches. Some of the watches cost me around the $8,000.00 mark. Vladimir is the only jeweler that I will take them to. After trying many jewelers in the last 25 years I found Vladimir and he is the only one I will go to now and in the future. He is a true master at what he does. Thank you Vladimir.

Talented Professional

I have been a professional custom jeweler and GIA graduate gemologist for over twenty-five years and have been

dealing with Vladimir for the last fourteen years. I have sent him hundreds of watches from inexpensive quartz

movements to precision automatics, brought to me by my best customers, and have always been pleased with

his outstanding workmanship. Vladimir is professional and talented and I do not hesitate to recommend him to

friends, family and other knowledgeable professionals.

Vladimir Is a MASTER Clock and Watchmaker

If you want the best job done, with no excuses and the best guarantee it will work for a long time, choosing Vladimir Watch and Clock repair will assure that you have what you want.

Vladimir spent 30 years learning the trade of Watch and Clock making in Belarus which is behind the Iron Curtain, where he was compelled to fix things without any parts whatsoever! To that end Mr. Vladimir learned to make his own parts and excelled in his business for decades.

After the "Iron Curtain" fell Vladimir was able to take his Family to USA where to my great fortune he started a watch and clock repair business in La Mesa. For years Vladimir has done a superlative job maintaining and repairing the Hundreds watches and Clocks which I keep in my personal collection.

Vladimir's skills at repairing and restoring time pieces are nationally recognized. My Internet club IHC185 is well aware of his abilities to make "anything work right".

TERRIBLE -- USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

I brought a treasured family heirloom here in Sept., 2008 on a referral from another area watchmaker who didn't repair clocks. What a mistake. My clock was a sterling silver travel clock (ca. 1920s) with a Swiss movement and an engraved monogram. It was in absolute mint condition and all I wanted was a cleaning. Two weeks later, when I went to pick it up, the clock was returned in absolute DEPLORABLE condition: The case was badly dented (four dents in all, one right over the monogram); the case was ruined with large and small scratches on both the interior and exterior; the face was FILTHY and positioned upsidedown; and the silver was smudged and dull. I brought a near-mint antique clock here--even Vladimir admired its workmanship--and received a ruin. What's more, he was extraordinarily defensive, saying that it wasn't his fault even though he had no explanation as to how any of the damage was done. (Incidentally, a friend of Vladimir's was present throughout all of this and he agreed with each of my grievances.) I angrily told Vladimir that he destroyed my family's property and that the present condition was unacceptable. He told me that he'd fix the problems and to come back in two days. Upon returning, I found that the dents and scratches were still present (they're now a permanent part of the finish) and that the interior surface was tarnished; only the face was clean and facing rightside up. When I became angry, he tried to tell me that the finish was nickel, anyway, ignoring the fact that "sterling" is engraved on the case's interior (he shut up once he saw it). Of course, I refused to pay for his "work" and left his shop angry, depressed and extremely disillusioned. Although this guy comes across as an Old World craftsman who will treat your property with respect, don't fall for it. He's unprofessional, incompetent and careless. AVOID VLADIMIR WATCH & CLOCK REPAIR AT ALL COST.
