HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called this store 10 minutes before closing last night to ask how i would go about getting a new SIM card and the gentleman i talked to said that he would waive the $20 fee for me and just to come in and he would give me a new one free of charge. I was unable to make it in 10 minutes and decided to go first thing in the morning instead, and I was serviced by the manager Chris M. and a lady by the name on Anabelle, I was told by them that i would have to pay $20 for a new SIM card, and that whoever told me it was free was lying or I was lying and that if i had any other questions i would need to call the (800) custom service number to make a complaint, then the manager ignored my question when i asked him what the number was for customer service and told anabelle he was on the phone and too busy to talk to me and walked to the back. They were both very rude and gave horrible customer service! i will not be returning and advise everyone to go to another location for good customer service!!
